Privacy notice

This notice explains what Leadgen Systems does with the details you give us through this website. We have kept it short and plain because there is not much to say.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, your company website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to answer your request. That might mean replying to a question, writing the buyer map you asked for, or arranging a conversation you asked for. We do not add you to any list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until your request is closed, and then for up to 12 months in case you come back to us about the same thing. After that we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them, or trade them. Only the people at Leadgen Systems who are handling your request can see them.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it loads a page.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to meredith.bateson@leadgensystems.co, or send a note through our contact form. If you reply stop to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
